2026 VSAC Swimming Competition

On Monday night, swimmers from our member colleges were involved in the VSAC Swimming Championships.
The schools involved included: Ave Maria, CLC, Killester, MSJ, Sacred Heart Geelong, Santa Maria & St Columba’s. Swimmers ranged from year 7 through to year 12. This event is always fantastic to have students meet other students within the Association, but also to help build friendships.
Led by team captains Emily. T (STC) & Frances. B (STC), CGSAV finished 4th Overall in the Girls Competition and had great success in the pool on the night.
Our placed results were:
- 2nd - Girls 4X50m Freestyle Relay - Eve. D (AVE), Ava. C (CLC), Caitlin. H (CLC) & Jamie. D (CLC)
- 3rd - Mixed 4X50m Freestyle Relay - Jamie. D (CLC), Lola. J (AVE) & ACC Swimmers
- 3rd - Girls 16 & Over 50m Backstroke - Emily. T (STC)
- 2nd - Girls 14-15 50m Breaststroke - Katherine. A (STC)
- 2nd - Girls 14-15 4X50m Freestyle Relay -Jamie. D (CLC), Caitlin. H (CLC), Eve. D (AVE) & Ava. T (CLC)
- 3rd - Girls 16 & Over 4X50m Freestyle Relay - Emily. T (STC), Pippa. B (SHG), Ruby. K (SMC) & Frances. B (STC)
